Abstract

|
|
Authors reported a case of postictal confusional state which suffered from confusional mental state, auditory and visual hallucination, loosening of association, incoherent thinking and impulsive and destructive behavior etc. after a few times of continuous convulsion abruptly and summarized diagnosis and treatment of it. We reported this case for the purpose of attempting to solve some difficult problems with its diagnosis and treatment in psychiatric emergency.
